问候分正式、一般性、非正式三种:
- 正式:Dear + Name
- 一般性:Hi / Hello + Name
- 非正式:Hi / Hello + Name 或 无问候
二、解释目的
如标题所言,解释为何要发送这封电邮。
常用语句(按语气分)
一看就知道是职场老油条(正式):
- I’m writing regarding x x ( the issue )……
- I wanted to follow up on x x ( the meeting )…… # 跟进某某会议 / 工作内容
- I would like to ask about x x ……
包是打工人的啦(一般性):
- I’m concerned about……
- I need to bring something to your attention:
“黑奴”(非正式):
- There’s one more thing I’d like to discuss with you.
- Regarding……
- I’d like to ask you about……
三、细节
有啥情况,写就完事儿了,也就高中那套
四、请求
发邮件肯定是希望对方干些啥的,即便是通知也希望他回个收到,故而这一部分,就是希望对方能做出什么回应 / 采取什么措施
常用语句(按事件紧急程度分)
十万火急,ddl:
- Please x x by tomorrow at the latest. # 你小汁坠好明天之前给我办完
- As a matter of urgency, you need to……
还行,一般,但还算重要:
- Could you please……
- I would like you to……
程度再弱些,不急一时:
- I suggest that you……
- Can I ask you to……
并非办事:
- This is just to keep you updated. # 旨在让您了解最新进展
- This doesn’t require any immediate response, but please keep an eye on the situation.# 没别的意思,就是让您留个心眼
五、署名
告诉这家伙是谁发的邮件,也分正式、一般之说
正式:
- Regards,
- Best Wish,
- Kind Regards,
一般:
- Cheers,
- Take care,
注意事项:正式的需要单词首字母全部大写,一般则无此要求。另外,‘ , ’与签名之间要有个分段符
